Forbush Middle School

Fall sports will be starting soon at Forbush Middle School. Please be sure you have completed your athlete’s Dragonfly account (www.dragonflymax.com) PRIOR to the first day of practice and tryouts. This must be completed every year so if you have one from last year, it will need to be updated. All forms must be signed and we must have a completed sports physical uploaded to your account before it is approved. Football will start August 4, and the rest of our fall sports will start on or after August 12. If you have any questions, please let us know!
